- There is a flat rate fee of $5 for all domestic orders.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $50.

Digital Products
Digital products, such as workout guides or programs, are delivered electronically. You will receive an email with download instructions immediately after your purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to nature of our products, all sales are final. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, contact email us at iviileaguefitness@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the problem.
Order Issues
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or incorrect item
We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
IVII League Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier for assistance in such cases.
